Arts Council of Avoyelles, in coordination with the Norma Roy Scholarship fund, will award an Academic Scholarship to one selected graduate senior who is pursuing a degree in any avenue of the fine arts, including but not limited to, visual arts, performing arts, graphic arts, photography, art education, art history, music animation, architecture, and interior design curriculum. The application process is generally in March.
